Help centre and Rider Support
Most questions can be answered by checking the help centre. The help centre has loads of helpful info – from questions about perks to making account updates. You can find this tool by clicking the ? icon in the bottom corner of this page. If you can’t find the answer, you can message Rider Support from there.
Please note: when contacting the help centre, you have to add your Rider ID. Existing riders can find this number in the app (see picture below). Non-existing riders can add 000000 in this field.
Chat (only for live orders)
The support team can only help you with questions related to live orders. Chat with the team for help with any order you are currently working on – including assignments and emergency support. You can find the chat in the Rider App. In case of emergency you can also call 088-33 54 854.
Need new kit?
If your kit is old, worn out or broken we’ll replace it with 100% discount. All you need to do is fill in this form and send us some pictures of your old gear. We’ll send you some brand new kit in the post.
